1. Introduction

Welcome to Share-APP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Share-APP membership platform and services (“Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Share-APP is a membership and subscription platform integrated with the B1G1 (Buy One Give One) initiative, meaning a portion of every subscription contributes to vetted charitable projects around the world.

2. Definitions

“Company” refers to Share-APP and its operators.
“User” or “Member” refers to any individual or legal entity with an active subscription.
“Service” refers to the Share-APP platform, including all features, content, and tools.
“B1G1 Giving” refers to the charitable giving mechanism embedded in your subscription.
“Subscription” refers to the paid membership plan chosen by the User.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Moroccan law.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.

Share-APP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Membership Plans

Share-APP offers subscription-based membership plans. Details of available plans, pricing, and features are listed on our website. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Terms

All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.
Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing cycle.
Share-APP does not store full payment card details on its servers.

4.3 Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.

5. B1G1 Giving Policy

As a Share-APP member, a defined portion of your subscription is allocated to charitable giving through the B1G1 platform:

100% of the giving portion (less any direct banking charges) goes directly to the vetted B1G1 projects you select or that Share-APP designates.
The membership fee and the giving contribution are kept separate and clearly disclosed.
Giving contributions are non-refundable once allocated to a project.
Share-APP will provide periodic impact reports showing your contributions and outcomes.
Share-APP reserves the right to adjust the giving triggers and amounts with 30 days’ notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Moroccan law.
Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
Upload or transmit harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
Use the B1G1 branding without the express written permission of B1G1 and Share-APP.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Share-APP platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Share-APP or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. B1G1 branding and materials remain the property of B1G1 Giving, Inc. and are used under license.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Share-APP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Share-APP does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Share-APP may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding giving funds will be handled in accordance with B1G1 Giving’s Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.

11. Changes to Terms

Share-APP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
